Anyone who is unwell or exhibiting symptoms of COVID-19 is not to attend our workplace and is instructed to instead stay home and get tested.
All staff and visitors are encouraged to practise good hygiene at all times. This includes the use of the hand sanitiser provided and regular hand washing with soap and water.
While there are currently no enforced density limits, we continue to encourage social distancing of at least 1.5m. If that distance can’t be maintained, or if any staff or visitors are uncomfortable being in a crowded environment, disposable masks are available as an additional precaution.
Connected Event Group workplaces are cleaned in accordance with the cleaning guidelines set out by SafeWork Australia. We use a combination of cleaning and disinfection, which has shown to be the most effective in removing the COVID-19 virus from surfaces. The Studio and all of its equipment is subject to a thorough cleaning and maximum ventilation after each client booking.
The affected team member or visitor must notify management and remove themselves from the workplace immediately. We will complete a risk assessment based on that person’s workplace interactions and advise relevant staff, clients, and contractors of the situation - while maintaining the privacy and confidentiality of the COVID-19 positive case - and the required next steps.
