AV 24/7 offers one-on-one strategy sessions

Virtual and hybrid event staging specialist, AV 24/7 has launched a new service offering complimentary coaching clinics and strategy for organisations wanting to transition to virtual and hybrid events.

The staging company specialises in helping clients deliver seamless events in a Covid-19 world combining their 15 years of experience in live events with on the ground skills the many variations of virtual and hybrid events.

Co-owner and General Manager, Libbie Ray said that it was time for their company to share their expertise and give back to the shattered events industry and help clients transition to highly professional and engaging events delivered differently.

“We’ve got a lot of current experience in what works and what doesn’t work. We’d like to help associations, corporates, PR agencies become comfortable with virtual and hybrid events and understand how to run these successfully.” She said.

“So, we are offering 45-minute free coaching in how to develop a clear strategy as we have learnt so much in working with our clients over the past 6 months.

“We believe virtual and hybrid events are here to stay – so we’d like to help inform the industry with how to design and deliver events – whether they are simple zoom meetings and webinars or major international conference and launches,” she said.

“The virtual and hybrid world is daunting with thousands of ways to do things – so we’d like to make it easier for people to understand how to tackle the challenge.

“The Australian economy must keep moving and business events are a way this can be done – we have seen that those who are adopting to virtual and hybrid are getting positive results.

“We’d like to share our knowledge and time to help other businesses and clients stay connected with their communities.” She said.

AV 24/7 has been delivering audio visual services to the events and entertainment industry for over 15 years. It has evolved its business to support the move to virtual and hybrid events.

During August 2020 the company has delivered 20 events and has 30 in the pipeline for September. It is attracting new types of customers – this has helped the company continue to keep its doors open and develop new and much needed expertise.
